What if your next ministry opportunity was about more than leading a program?
What if you could help build a church where children grow up knowing Jesus, teenagers discover their God-given gifts, parents are equipped to disciple their families, and generations worship and serve together?
At Grace Crossing Church, we're looking for a Family Pastor who shares our passion for building community and growing disciples. Someone who loves people, develops leaders, and wants to help shape the future of family ministry.
We're not simply looking for someone to fill a position. We're looking for someone who wants to help us build something meaningful and lasting.
One Church. Every Generation. Growing Together.
Get to know Grace crossing
Grace Crossing Church is an Assemblies of God congregation located in Beavercreek, Ohio, just outside Dayton.
We believe following Jesus is more than attending a Sunday service. It's about growing in our relationship with Him, developing meaningful relationships with others, and living out our faith in everyday life.
Our Mission: To help people take their next step with Jesus.
Our Vision: An emotionally healthy church filled with fully surrendered Christ-followers whose hearts are set ablaze to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. — Micah 6:8
We don't want people to simply attend GCC. We want them to belong, grow, serve, and discover how God can use their lives to make a difference.

One Church. Every Generation.
Building Community. Growing Disciples.
We believe children and teenagers need more than a place to go on Sunday or a youth gathering during the week.
They need meaningful relationships, opportunities to ask questions, people who walk alongside them, and a church family that helps them grow in their relationship with Jesus.
GCC Kids | Birth–5th Grade
Helping children discover who God is, understand His Word, build Christ-centered relationships, and grow in their faith.
Intersect Youth | Grades 6–12
Helping students discover how their faith intersects with everyday life, develop a biblical worldview, take ownership of their faith, and discover their God-given gifts.
Beyond Graduation | Lifelong Discipleship
Our goal isn't simply to get students through high school. We want young adults to continue following Jesus wherever life takes them.
The Family Pastor will help strengthen this connected pathway of discipleship.
Help Shape What's Next
We Believe Families Matter. Everything We Do Should Reflect That.
At GCC, we're intentionally strengthening our investment in children, teenagers, and families.
We want healthy, sustainable ministries built around equipped volunteers, meaningful relationships, intentional discipleship, and leadership that continues to serve families for years to come.
We also recognize opportunities to improve our current ministry spaces and are exploring how our facilities might better serve families in the future.
We don't have every detail figured out. And that's part of the opportunity.
We're looking for someone excited to help us build what comes next.
